I’m Teresa Ortiz \u2014 a Certified Trauma Informed Care Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and someone who has walked her own road through healing. For over 35 years, I’ve worked alongside women, teens, and first responders navigating the aftermath of trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and the destructive patterns that can follow. With more than 3,000 hours of hands-on coaching, I know that healing isn’t about going back to who you were \u2014 it’s about rising into who you’re becoming.
